3GM Steel offers a premium product line featuring a 40-year silicon modified intended for residential, agricultural, and commercial applications. Our two-coat SMP systems offer 40-year extended warranty protection, and are produced by the industry’s leading paint companies, including AkzoNobel and Valspar. Available paint systems include; Regular Polyester (10-yr RMP), Silicon-Polyester (SMP), Textured SMP (textured coating, as well as wood grain, slate or granite patterns), and PVDF. We maintain a full inventory of 29 and 26 gauge prepainted coil, featuring a color pallet of 30-standard colors, as well as customer color-matching capabilities.

3GM Steel’s inventory stocking program features a Galvalume® substrate (ASTM A792 / A792M). Galvalume® coating consists of an aluminum-zinc alloy of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon over the base metal to protect it from the elements. This coating has superior corrosion resistance which gives it two to four times the life span over traditional galvanized metal. We also supply galvanized (ASTM-A653) substrate per customer requirement.
